How to Request an Estoppel

All estoppel requests for Terra Siesta Co-Op, Inc. must be submitted in writing to our management office. Please ensure you provide complete information about the property and the transaction to expedite the process.

Required Information

When submitting your request, please include the following details to avoid delays:

• Complete property address and unit/lot number
• Current owner's full name
• Prospective buyer's name (if applicable)
• Expected closing date
• Requesting party's contact information (Name, Company, Phone, Email)
• Return instructions for the completed estoppel certificate
