Our Fiduciary Duty
The Board of Directors is entrusted with the fiduciary responsibility to act in the best interests of Terra Siesta Co-Op, Inc. and its shareholders. Board members volunteer their time to oversee finances, maintain the property, and ensure compliance with Florida Statutes and our governing documents.
